I redesigned and consolidated complex, legacy order and shipment workflows into unified, scalable experiences, introducing bulk processing, clearer prioritization, and explicit return and storage logic. I also led the design of a new shipments experience and improved key operational tools to reduce manual effort and support high-volume seller operations.

I led and scaled a team of 8 product designers, collaborating with 200+ engineers across 20+ products to drive consistent, high-quality design execution in a complex product ecosystem. I was responsible for design strategy, team development, and cross-functional alignment, while also leading the design of high-impact AI systems in healthcare, including a Ministry of Health–certified oncology screening platform processing over 2 million medical images. This work was recognized with industry awards, including a Grand Prix at an international screening systems competition.
2016 — 2018
UX/UI designer
I collaborated with stakeholders to define requirements and shape the product concept for a mobile audiobook application. I led the redesign of the experience by updating the UI, introducing new features, and improving overall usability. I created a UI kit to streamline development and ensure visual and interaction consistency across the product. In parallel, I designed a school-focused audiobook platform with automatic curriculum-based sorting and a complete audio library, and delivered intuitive navigation and an advanced audio player to support efficient content discovery and consumption.
